Not beforehand. For prescription-only medicines you complete an online consultation and a registered UK prescriber reviews it. If treatment is appropriate they issue the prescription and we dispense it. Supplements and general sale items need no consultation.
Orders approved before 3pm on a working day are dispatched the same day on a tracked service and usually arrive the next working day. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Plain and unbranded. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or names the pharmacy, and the sender shows only as a generic dispatch address.
Medicines cannot be returned for resale once they have left the pharmacy — that is a legal safety requirement rather than a shop policy. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us and we will put it right.
Only with your consent. We ask during your consultation. We encourage it so your medical record stays complete, but the choice is yours.
